And still, the Notting Hill Carnival twitter account has not acknowledged any of the incidents, not even the 8 stabbings. However they seem to be able to happily say “see you next year”. It genuinely seems like they’re saying “we know we’re immune to the law”
I wonder if the number of stabbings falls across the rest of London while carnival is on.
Is there any other annual event where people are GUARANTEED to be stabbed and we just go „Whatever. It is what it is”?
Tommy Robinson held two massive rallies recently with attendances in excess of 20,000. Despite being called a bunch of far right thugs by all and sundry, there were zero stabbings, zero sexual assaults, zero violent crimes, and zero instances of property damage.
One was reported as mostly peaceful while the other was regarded as a second Kristallnacht.
Weird, eh?
I’m not sure if the daily mail wants it banned or if they want it to continue so they can get people riled up about it every year
