Interesting, I didn’t know a British citizen could be banned from an area of Britain that large. I know they have town centre bans for things like anti-social behaviour. I wonder what Scottish Power did, my one and only dealing with them wasn’t great.

Whilst it seems draconian and authoritarian, it is legal, even if he hasn’t been convicted!

It’s used very frequently on cases of drug supply where people from England travel to Scotland to sell drugs.
