According to labor law, a fixed-term contract is made only according to the nature of the work, for example, for a job that will not last more than a month. The main thing in labor law is the employment contract and ensuring its continuity. In other words, the aim is to increase the number of indefinite employment contracts, fixed-term contracts are an exception, there must be an external reason.
