  1. I don’t give a shit if anyone believes it or not, I just hope sane people vote bigly.

  2. it amazes me that the couch molester and the pussy grabber do literally nothing to appear normal or to appease their electorate. Not a smile, not a happy moment in a diner, nothing.

  3. Ah the political equivalent of sticking your fingers in your ears and screaming “LA LA LA I CAN’T HEAR YOU”

  4. The Walz-is-a-Chinese-sleeper-agent absurdity is being rolled out, now that the swiftboating attempt is on the wane.

Unlike attacks on the deranged buffoon and his putz sidekick, which go straight to character and political objectives, the GOP is desperately trying to dredge up/fabricate conspiratorial horseshit on Harris and Walz.

What’s interesting about this new angle is it smacks of what George H.W. was clearly forced to do – waving pics of a young Bill & Hillary in Red Square – when it became apparent Clinton was going to wipe the floor with him in 1992.

    The GOP is panicking.

  5. They should do the same thing to North Carolina. Sounds like a real effective strategy. As a lib i feel so owned

I think this might be a common thing among those born into extreme wealth. They have spent their entire life with their every wish and whim fulfilled, everything they’ve ever wanted has always been just a transaction away.

The possibility of not getting what they want is simply unthinkable. And thus he screams “RIGGED!” and other nonsense since that is the only way it makes sense to him.

Trump couldn’t stop talking about the polls for the last year. Total silence now. What changed?

  8. Murky_Researcher5980 on

Sounds similar to the old trump COVID solution. Don’t like the case count? Stop testing!

  9. There’s an old saying in politics: when a campaign criticizes the polls, it’s losing.

I mean he’s right, the polls are wrong, Trumps got this in the bag. No point for people to really need to vote for Trump he’s so definitely going to win. /s

  11. This demonstrates yet another example of the correlation with how MAGA and Putin think, act, and speak. Perhaps MAGA will seek asylum in Russia which Putin so generously recently offered them if they should lose. Then they won’t have to see “liberal” behavior out in the open. It will just be happening more in secret.

  12. Philly is staunchly Democratic, him going there is a waste of time and money, which Trump should understand. A better use of the couchman would be to send him out rural PA and drum up Republican GOTV, they are going to need it.

But then, Trump isn’t much of a strategic thinker.

I mean… His whole shtick, including in the courtroom, is deny deny deny. Not surprising at all.

  14. Polls don’t write laws, pick judges, etc.

Voting and voter turnout is all that matters.

If you can’t win, lie. Seeing any weakness would undermine the plan therefore it cannot be acknowledged.

Say what you want about the Democrats, but they took the polls showing that they were losing seriously. They made the necessary adjustments to their campaign and are now in a much stronger position. Trump’s camp is just sticking their heads in the sand and pretending that everything’s fine.

  17. Trump needs Pennsylvania to win the election.

Harris probably needs Pennsylvania, but she does have other options.

Either way there is a high likelihood that however goes Pennsylvania, so goes the nation.

Just manifest it, Vance. Think happy thoughts about winning in November. Don’t worry about this campaigning stuff, it’s the power of positive thinking you should focus on.

Edit: Actually, I take it back. Vance should campaign constantly. Get out there, buddy! People really love you! Let them see you as you are!

  19. FoxyInTheSnow on

What a biased article!!! They didn’t once credit Vance for not saying what he’s definitely going to say in November: “… and I won’t believe it on election night when they say we lost.”

  20. Primordial_Cumquat on

The picture of Vance seemingly questioning/revolting the wiz leads me to believe he’s lost most, if not all of Philadelphia, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties.

  21. Polls are all over the place. There’s a new poll from “Navigator R.” Which has Trump leading in all swing states but Michigan. This election is closer than you may think.

    GO VOTE

  22. They are saying this so their supporters believe it and thus use it to get them to act when they lose.

  23. I mean, that makes total sense. Just don’t believe things you don’t want to believe or that you find inconvenient or unpalatable. Isn’t that the conservative way? Pay no attention to reality, make reality conform to your will. Science? Pfff…who needs it when we can determine our own realities? Polls? Ha! Just pretend that what you want to be true is actually true, and life will feel better.

That’s genuinely how conservatives operate, so no surprises here. None at all.

  24. It’s the Trump covid strategy on repeat..

You know.. If we all just stop with all the testing, there won’t be any more expansion of the outbreak.

    The modern translation?

If we stop with all the polling, there won’t be any Kamala popularity surge..

The world keeps turning. People that cling to the past? Well.. they get left behind. As it should be.

  25. Just be ready to hear Trump and Vance claiming it was rigged. No evidence of course.

  26. Illustrious-Bat1553 on

That means their starting insurrection and legal tactics. I can see Trump taking key states to the Supreme Court. He already smothered Georgia to cover his voting extortion tapes

  27. Remarkable.

I wouldn’t be shocked if Harris/Walz ran up the board. 349 on the high end is entirely possible, if people vote.

Kinda like my neighbor. The whole household has Covid right now. They went to the doctor. Doctor said it’s Covid. They’re all sick as can be, but they don’t believe it. It’s a hoax.
