My friend broke both of his shins going to flip out, they’re actually quite dangerous!
That’s why they make you sign that waiver at the start !

It’s a weird article. I was expecting the child to have died as the result of an injury related to the companies malpractice, or something. However they died after falling ill, which may or may not be related to the business. Given there’s no reference to injury of any sort, it sounds like the illness is unrelated to the park. The author has tried to give the impression that this tragic event is related to the other cases of injury when there might be no relation at all.

On this occasion I’m not sure how flip out are responsible (based on the report) but some of the stories I have seen about that place, we don’t go to our one! Seen stories or broken ankles, vomit covered up by cardboard, insanely bad hygiene practises. I think that may have led to them getting a shout out in the headline

I saw on the glasgow sub that he had apparently aspirated his own vomit, which is understandable, given that kids bounce around so much at these things. That’s why it says ‘fell ill’ instead of ‘was injured’. A LOT of people get injured at trampoline parks, normally spine compression injuries

I once did a blackflip on a trampoline, landed on my neck and chinned my own chest and couldn’t breathe for like 3 mins, legit almost died. There should be a chin height measure on these things.

Says screaming came from the bouncy castle area so sounds unrelated to the trampolines.
