Old Dumpy has paths, so many good paths many people are saying. One, two, three, maybe even four paths, paths the likes of which have never been seen before, more pathy than anyone thought possible.

I’m still very very worried. All sorts of terrible headlines keep playing in my mind.

    “TRUMP TRIUMPHS DESPITE POLLS”

    that sort of thing. Aaargh.

  3. After far too many years in which this guy dominated the news and annoyed us on a daily basis, his downfall is very enjoyable to see. Hope he loses in a landslide and can spend the rest of his life in prison. Weird Traitor.

  4. Trump has overseen just 1 election victory and that was when he won the presidency. Every other mid term or presidential election he’s lost. Couple that with abortion being on the ballot as well and dems are in a good place. Just don’t get complacent and get out and vote talk to people in your circle and encourage them to vote and do the same.

  5. The path is MI, WI, PA. I know people talk about the Nevada, Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona path, but if that comes true it’s almost certainly because the first path happens.

  6. Keep your eyes on the game now. He’s getting desperate and Harris isn’t in the position yet.

Can’t wait to see this orange turn be vanquished forever. So tired after 10 years of this.

  8. Aussie here; it blows my mind that the mango Mussolini has even a remote chance of the presidency.

  9. If Pennsylvania truly slips out of Trumps reach look for him to finally go completely unglued. He’s all in on PA.

  10. Chump isn’t even trying. Just look at his performances or lack thereof.

They have convinced themselves that they will win on the BIG LIE this time. They feel they have their scheme sown up tight and the pieces in place to steal the election through manufactured chaos.

  11. Trump’s only viable path to victory is to cheat or use force. He’s tried both before, and I have no doubt he’ll try it all again.

People are getting too overconfident. If he wins Pennsylvania, he has a lot of paths as well. When the polls on Pennsylvania are averaged out, Harris is barely ahead. He still has a decent shot at winning despite the terrible month he’s had.

  13. Yes but don’t forget that Harris needs an overwhelming victory to overcome Republican voter suppression and certification rigging.

  14. Is there any pundit or politician who accurately predicted this surge of support behind Harris?

It’s a fantastic thing to see, but it has really taken me by surprise and left me bewildered. Because I can’t even really think of times over the last 5 years where I might have missed inklings that this level of enthusiasm might extend outside of the KHive.

This just seems to be a perfect example of how politics is unpredictable, even for very people who fancy themselves astute observers.

  15. What this article isn’t highlighting is that the polls are within margin of error. Trump has just as many paths to victory. Don’t get complacent. Vote.

  16. We need a blue wave landslide to really hit home the fact nobody wants Trump and MAGA around anymore.

  17. Yes, she’s going to win the popular vote.

There is a tremendous amount of work to be done to make sure Trump isn’t back in the White House.

  18. Bullshit. Trump has every chance of winning. Have you noticed how the MSM and the zeitgeist are both pivoting towards “Harris is a shoo-in”. It’s almost like they want us to stay home on election day, so Trump can win it. It worked for them in 2016, and it could very well work for them again.

It’s VOTE OR DIE time, folks.

  19. Don’t worry, everyone: as soon as the media sees the ad revenues drop, they’ll change it up with the yes-trump’s–bad-buts and whataboutery and unbalanced expectations and standards from Kamala. The bucks must come in.

  20. She only entered the Presidential race 3 weeks ago, and is already on an amazing campaign.

2016 was an anomaly. He was an unknown quantity and flipped every “blue wall” state to red except MN and that just barely held.

He’d have to do it again and that shit was honestly not a sure thing with Biden and 100% not happening now.

They are going to try to ratfuck this in the courts.

  22. It drives me insane that Trump gets good marks on handling the economy. His trade war with China was driving us headlong into a recession before Covid hit and his strong arming the fed to keep interest rates low when they SHOULD have been raised, as well as his superheating of the stock market, left us with ZERO buffer to work with when Covid hit and people needed financial relief.

He’s directly responsible for the actual inflation we saw as well as the consumer pain we’ve get from the fed having to raise interest rates so much.

While I dont think anyone should let their guard down…i have to say I hope he loses in embarrassingly bad fashion. Like to the point the GOP finally realizes they are gonna have to change their policies if they want to win another election. Certain things in this country should be a given in 2024. We are ALL americans. Stop trying to divide the country. Run on fiscal policy if you wish, but enough of this social BS. Basically, stop letting the fundamentalists run the party.

  24. This election won’t be very close. Trump is an all-time loser and Republicans have lost or severely underperformed every election since 2016.
