It’s very sad to see how far Lebanon has fallen as a state

Lebanon is an amazing country controled by a government that is a many headed dragon. Some heads are pretty damn decent, some are Iranian sponsored terrorists (we do have good Iranians as well) The people of Lebanon are hositable, warm, and wonderful. I have spent time there. It pains me to watch this all play out.

What does this mean for Lebanon? Is there just no more electricity there? Or do they import power and that’s still running?

It really is very sad. My grandma had a lifetime pass on United (my grandfather was VP of sales back in the 50’s). She traveled the world many times over (she was a teacher, and spent her summers traveling since my GP died in the late 50’s). Anyway, I remember asking her what her favorite place was and she said Beirut. Said it was Vegas on the water, only classier. I wish I could have seen it like that.
