We’re visiting Lithuania in September. We reserved a rental car with pickup in Vilnius and drop-off in Riga, Latvia, where our flight home originates.
When checking my reservation on Sixt, they recommend "Cross-border driving authorization for trips to selected countries."
Does anyone know if this is required for crossing into Latvia from Lithuania?
