Constitutional Court’s CAN ATALAY DECISION WAS NOT READ IN PARLIAMENT
The Constitutional Court (AYM) had stated in its reasoned decision that the removal of Can Atalay’s parliamentary seat was ‘null and void’. This decision was not read out in the General Assembly that convened in an extraordinary meeting today. TBMM Speaker Numan Kurtulmuş closed the session to convene on Tuesday, October 1 at 15:00.
The opposition parties, consisting of CHP, DEM Party, Felicity Party, TİP, DEVA, Democrat Party and Labor Party, applied to the Presidency of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey on August 9 for the Assembly to convene regarding the Constitutional Court’s (AYM) decision on Can Atalay. Upon the call of the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey Numan Kurtulmuş, the General Assembly of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey convened in an extraordinary manner today.
In the extraordinary meeting of the assembly, the preliminary discussions of the CHP’s proposal to ‘hold a general discussion on the decision of the Constitutional Court regarding the removal of Can Atalay’s parliamentary seat’ were completed.
GENERAL DEBATE AND ‘LET THE ASSEMBLY CONTINUE ITS WORK’ PROPOSALS WERE NOT ACCEPTED
Following the speeches of the political party groups and the first signatories of the motion, the General Assembly was asked to vote on whether to open a general debate. As a result of the electronic vote, the motion was not accepted.
After the completion of the extraordinary meeting agenda, the CHP’s proposal for the TBMM to continue its work was put to the vote. This proposal was also not accepted.
After the proposals were not accepted, the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, Numan Kurtulmuş, closed the session to meet again on Tuesday, October 1 at 15:00.

TİP Istanbul Deputy and Party Spokesperson Sera Kadıgil, in her statement on the program Before and After Night with Senem Toluay Ilgaz on SÖZCÜ TV, said: "There is no longer a constitution in this country" he said.
İYİ Party Group Deputy Chairman Turhan Çömez also made a statement on live broadcast. "Today we felt ashamed on their behalf. History will write what happened here today." He used the expressions.

Ama herkes bilsin, tüm yurttaşlar bilsin: Bu ülkenin en büyük terör örgütü, hanedanlık mafyasıyla devlete çöken işte bu sıralarda oturanlar, en büyük teröristler de buradakilerdir. Bunu herkes bilmeli!

Anayasa mahkemesi bir şeyler deniyor, instagramın kapanamasında da hükümete rest çekmişti fakat sonuca ulaşamadı. muhalefet ve halk biraz destek verse bugün ülkenin bu halde olmasında sorumlu olan herkes tutuklanır.
