Pretty cool to get a look inside BO’s facility finally

Newfound respect for Jeff – I didn’t know that he had this level of depth and knowledge, and overall investment in the project.

A huge progress update and 100x more behind the scenes footage and info than we’ve ever had for what I think will be the worlds 3rd largest rocket(?) including a fully reusable booster to give us an actual F9 competitor, presented by Jeff Bezos of all people alongside Tim Dodd, and it gets a 70% upvoted rate here and 3 comments.
Just /r/space things lol. The video gets a lot more attention and discussion on /r/spacexlounge with 97% upvoted.
I barely follow BO at all(not that they release much to follow) but it was a very cool and detailed video. Jeff seems to know a lot of the small details too and not too unexpectedly is a much better and engaged tour guide than Elon.
Will be pretty cool if it actually launches next year and if it actually goes well then it’ll be a huge leap forward for SpaceX competitors. Thats a big “if” though.

Curious. Is it made from spruce?

So New Glenn will use 6 landing legs?
How will it impact the payload capabilities? I asume the legs are heavy.

Does Elon know that Tim is talking to other rocket guys?
