What exactly does that mean?
Is the local Mafia dropping bodies? A new hangout for teenagers from Ballymun? Poor people taking stuff, i.e. recycling? I’m missing a vital piece of information here….

Recycling centre beside me used to let you take stuff if you wanted. Then a group started staying there all day filling a van. Then another group started doing the same. It became a race to get the good stuff before the other lads, so they started looking into cars and harassing people as they were unloading. Now you cant take anything and they can’t make an exception because that would be discrimination against certain groups that were actually causing the problems.
I hate seeing so much waste.

There is a lot of stuff of value gone into places like that. DRS containers, scrap metal, clothes that are picked out and remainder sold in bulk to Africa, car batteries. Furniture that has life left.
