  1. One of the fighting brothers shared with us the story of the GUR soldier – Iraklia Kurtsikidze GE

Georgian officer, specialist and commander in the Directorate of Sapper and Intelligence Work.

When the war broke out, Irakliy took out a loan and traveled to Ukraine, where he soon joined the ranks of the Ukrainian secret service. He spent all his time in different directions and participated in various extremely complex operations on water, at sea and on land. As a specialist, he led special forces groups deep behind enemy lines. He repeatedly engaged in close contact combat. The most dangerous mine clearance operations in the waters of the Black Sea, hikes on the territory of the Russian Federation, and it all revolves around Irakli. He protected groups from mines, supplied and extracted guys from the other world, carrying out evacuations under heavy enemy fire, without fear of dying himself. Personally, when Irakli and I completed tasks together, as a couple, I was always sure that everything would work out, no matter how complex the tasks were.

During the advance of the assault group in the direction of Zaporozhye, which included Irakliy. During the advance into the gray zone, a mine exploded on two armored vehicle units. Having received a serious bruise, he caused an evacuation. Before the arrival of the evacuation, Iraklii provided medical aid to his group, dragged his comrades one by one to the planned evacuation point, under the chaotic fire of the enemy, he still had time to fight back and control the situation around him.

The algorithm of his actions is the impeccable work of a true specialist and commander. He saved everyone, didn’t let anyone die or die on the battlefield.

Heraclius himself met death while fulfilling the task – in a battle with the enemy, with a sword in his hand, as befits a warrior.

The fraternity of Paragon society has imprinted its smile, sincerity and dedication in their hearts
