  1. >Unfortunately for End Citizens United, such high-profile complaints can take months or even years for the ideologically gridlocked six-commissioner panel at the FEC to investigate, making it highly unlikely for the group to reach a consensus before the November election.

  2. Everyone is talking about how bad Trump sounded – and he definitely sounded bad – but goddamn Elon sounded like a 15yo incel trying to start a podcast.

  3. I’m just curious as to why the magats are so eager to have an immigrant influencing the election.

  4. If Fox News has been allowed to exist for decades, this shitty live podcast will not be pursued .

  5. Elon Musk, by his own admission, was once an illegal immigrant.

You can’t make this shit up.

  6. This occurred to me. Trump supporters will accuse the New York Times of campaign contributions by publishing stories that are not-negative to Biden/Harris, or negative to Trump, that just happen to be reportage.

Then there’s Musk and Twitter (I refuse to call it X), who openly provides a forum for Trump, basically contributing to his campaign. He wants Twitter (like Facebook etc) to be an open virtual bulletin board for comments, but he directs it in favor of one person.

I doubt it will go anywhere, but sue that MFer.

He’s broken like a million laws, at this point I just want him to lose and go away.

  8. > “This brazen corporate contribution undermines campaign finance laws and would set a dangerous precedent for unfettered, direct corporate engagement in campaigns.”

Supreme Court: We already liked it, there’s no need to oversell it.

  9. Honestly who gives a shit about this interview breaking the law. Trump tried to overthrow the government and aint shit been done to him

The baboon’s existence is against the law. The traitor should be standing in front of a wall

So if Tim Cook (aka Tim Apple) decides to hold an interview with Kamala that can be streamed to every iPhone in the country, the MAGAs will be fine with that, right? Big tech vs Big Tech? CEO vs CEO? Same thing, right?

And when nothing happens because they broke the law, it increases the probability that they will do it again

The law doesn’t apply to people like them.

How hard is it to understand that if the richest guy on earth is championing a politician, said politician is not good news for average citizens?

Musk likes Trump’s tax cuts that will stop in ‘25 if he isn’t reelected. That’s really and truly it. He’s tossing millions of dollars at Trump’s campaign because he’s calculated that it’s less than what he’ll save if we prolong Trump’s tax policy which is great for the mega rich and shit for the little guy.

This election has a comic book villain on one side and an obvious better choice on the other, which makes it so wild that so many people are ready to vote for the former.

Of course they broke the law. And not a goddamn thing will happen. It’s a big club and you and I are not in it.
