Zakopane question (Kasprowy Wierch & Hala Gąsienicowa)

Hello! I have 2 questions.
1. Has anyone gone on the Kasprowy Wierch cable car recently? There is news from 01.07.2023 that the bus stop has been moved to 30-40 min from the station, is it still the case?

1. I really want to go to Hala Gąsienicowa and I am considering taking cable car for either up (and then hiking down to Kuźnice), or is it better to hike up (Kuźnice – Hala Gąsienicowa – Kasprowy Wierch) then take cable car down? and considering this, is it still possible/recommended for Czarny staw side quest?
