Azerbaijan expands “State Scholarship Program”, this year 500 students won scholarship to study abroad. 135 of them will study in “Top 10 Ranked” . Out of ~800 applicants, 500 students received the scholarship, making it one of the most accessible scholarships in the world.

Like it or not this is so far one of the most successful government project.
I hope people who got this scholarship will fulfill their roles as well in future. Most of the people that I spoke to about coming back to country have said no.
