This is already the 3rd method of detecting liquid water beneath the Martian surface, following [new deposits](https://www.jpl.nasa.gov/news/nasa-images-suggest-water-still-flows-in-brief-spurts-on-mars) in images and the [use of radar](https://astrobiology.nasa.gov/news/large-reservoir-of-liquid-water-found-deep-below-the-surface-of-mars/).

We are not tapping into that water, even for research purposes, anytime soon.
Well we know corporations will start selling Mars water for ridiculous prices.
