LUVOIR was a concept under study, but the current project just kicking off to realize the 2020 decadal study is the Habital Worlds Observatory. It does contain many elements of the LUVOIR mission.
Well that will be a fun origami project! I mean even with the largest Space X rocket will have trouble fitting an observatory the size of Luvoir-B. NVM Luvoir-A. I wonder if we can send the observatory up in pieces and assemble in LEO before sending it out to the Lagrange point.
