I think I’d rather have SpaceX perfecting Deorbit plans. They have a pretty good track record. Humanity needs to improve launch practices regarding junk, and you can only do that with practice.

These small sat leo nets such as starlink and competitors like Lynk Global are critical to bring phone and internet to 3rd world countries. And internet is critical to raising the standard of living for 2B people.
