I try to watch the all war between Israel and Iran from a bird's point of view and I see something that most people are trying to ignore. in one word ISIS. On the map, it looks like they are on their way to Iran, Iraq, Syria Lebanon, and Iran. they are already attacking there. what do you all think about the possibility of a war between them? is it possible?
here is what I got this far. ISIS still has a base on the Syria-Lebanon border. it is a very weak base but it still can do some damage. but here is the thing according to the news in my country Hezbollah built Hamas bases in their country to make them patsy for the war with Israel. it was a while ago. Hamas and ISIS has one thing in common they are both sonny if ISIS and them got together Lebanon would be in big trouble but right now they can not because Hezbollah is in the middle. but what will happen to hz if Israel fights them they will become weak. and that is when ISIS will get in with suicide attacks.

they also attacked iran with susside attack in iran and killed 80 people https://www.reuters.com/world/middle-east/iran-vows-revenge-after-biggest-attack-since-1979-revolution-2024-01-04/

iraq right now is in a very big problem. According to this video, ISIS will try to take control if this happens.

they also said that Iran is to be blamed for the killing of Hnia and they want to avenge him. but this one is hard to find. I saw it on the news for just a few moments and now I can't find that.

I am not sure about that but so I will ask you. Is ISIS the one that killed the militia of Russia a few days ago?
i think Iran has a much bigger problem than Israel but they are locked in the war with Israel for some reason.
what do you think?

ISIS will not be able to have a resurgence. Iraq has a very large amount of trained militias and their military has experience fighting and beating ISIS. Syria is stabilizing as well since the war mostly ended.
In Afghanistan, ISIS hoped to bring some Taliban factions to their banner but failed to do so. They’re still only a mild insurgency there and are being hunted by the Taliban. No chance of ISIS overthrowing or threatening the Taliban in Afghanistan.
I wouldn’t worry about ISIS apart from random attacks they make. Iran’s big problem is the US military and will always be the US military.
Your measuring problems based off number of deaths ISIS has done in the past or recent activity. The problem is that current ISIS threat is sporadic terrorist attacks and their numbers are largely hiding.Â
Israel is a bigger issue for Iran because it can escalate to something much bigger that could involve the United States getting bogged into the conflict too. Israel is also out in the open so Iran can do something if Israel violates its sovereignty continuously. Lastly, Israel has history of convincing the US to pressuring and isolating Iran diplomatically and economically and assassinating its nuclear scientists so they do have a history of bad blood with each other that hasn’t been death with directly before.
All in all you have to look at the bigger picture, ISIS is a problem but also a sideshow that gets its moments once in awhile these days.Â
ISIS is too small in numbers to invade and hold any land in Middle East, like they did before. They are still a threat, but all they can do is terrorist attacks and ambushes.
ISIS and other jijadist groups are more of a threat to Sub-Saharan African countries. They keep expanding everywhere. That’s why African countries need foreign forces to help them fight against terrorism.
