Sofia block rooftops

hello everyone! going to Bulgaria in a week, hopefully somebody can help me. I would like to go to the top of a "block" apartment in sofia and watch a landscape of other blocks, I know the "Block-neighborhood" are надежда and лиулин, but I also know that not every building has a free access roof. The view I’m looking for is the one in photo, or similar. If somebody has ever been on top of a building like that, can you please share the location? thank you in advance, the purpose is purely for fotography, going to be alone
