Please note that there are many many many grammatical errors. And as other said, you’re getting scammed with the price. It should be triple at least. The plot of land alone should be around 50e per sqm. I live nowhere near that place. The house is not done but there is something to work with so ye its worth something. If a building permit exists it also raises its value. Good luck!
