  1. There is probably no data on 2014 and 2015, I don’t think it is just zeroed out. A coup attempt happened on 2016 though, after that two sides exchanged some words and US pretty much closed it’s gates to us.

    600k people visiting USA? doesnt sound right too. 600k is a quite high number. 100k makes more sense. and this is what chatgpts says:

    **2018:** 115,000

    * **2019:** 120,000
    * **2020:** 20,000 (significant drop due to the COVID-19 pandemic)
    * **2021:** 30,000 (gradual recovery)
    * **2022:** 85,000 (further recovery)
    * **2023:** 112,000 (approaching pre-pandemic levels)

    Erdogan was losing elections. Kurds stopped supporting him. He became a monster and attacked people with his partner Davutoğlu. They killed pregnant woman with snipers. People got criminalized. They killed criminalized people by burning them with gasoline oil. They planned a big strategy to reconstruct the urban spaces in Kurdish cities. Big fight to get rants.

    Their islamic terrorist supporters (by erdogan’s order) suicide bombed students in Ankara. So US embassy warned their citizens to leave Turkey and not travel there. It was in 2014.

  4. Could it be that they counted the transit tourists? Because there is no way almost 1% of turks flew to the us every year.
