I received this letter last week , I just moved to an new apartment but I don’t want to do change of address because the apartment is only temporary until January, is this letter I received from the post compulsory to return or I can just ignore it ?

Ignore it if you don’t have an account with them to track your parcels, otherwise fill it in and be aware that they will sell your personal data if you agree to the Nachsendeauftrag.
Well it literally says everything you need to know on this form… if you don’t fill it out you’ll receive your post at both adresses (old & new).
Their way to get consent to send all their commercial partners your new address so they can direct advertising spam to you.
