    I’d say yes.

It looks like a ban for Motordriven vehicles, thus mopeds are included. Your bike does not have an engine (except for you of course..)

Those are often for motorized vehicles.

The area is probably owned by one or several ppl that do not wish to have people taking the road on loud vehicles.

  3. Yes, allemansrätten means we have the right to ride on private roads as well. Prohibiting bicyclists requires a permit from the municipality.

  4. Even if it crossed the whole road you can easily lift the bike over it. So it should not be a problem

This is fun, the sign is gone so you can ride anything past it

If the sign was not gone, yes you can bike, as long as it’s not an electric bike

  6. Legally yes, but it’s a fair assumption the land owner might prefer if you didn’t.

  7. yeah biking is mostly the same as walking, only special location has restrictions on being on the land.

  8. There appears to have been a sign, probably “[no motor vehicles other than class II mopeds](https://korkortonline.se/en/theory/road-signs/prohibitory-signs/)”. The “additional panel” (the rectangular sign) says “also applies to mopeds”, that is, in this case you also cannot enter using a class II moped. Since the sign is gone, you could argue that you don’t have to follow it, but since the additional panel is still there, chances are the sign wasn’t supposed to be removed, so it’s still a good idea to follow it.

That means that if by “biking” you mean a regular bicycle, you’re fine, but if you mean a moped or motorcycle, you should probably stay out.

  9. With a regular bike, yes. With an electric one, no. Electric bikes counts as a vehicle with an motor, and then you can’t refer to allemansrätten. But I can be different rules in different communities/Länstyrelser.
