Basically I was consolidating all language information and learning resources in the voyage at one place since it gets asked a lot.

I do not understand how wikipedia gets moderated, are there specific users who are considered mods that can be contacted? or is moderation based on a set of rules without actual human mods?

Anyone here with wikipedia experience? I expanded wikivoyage Armenia language learning with resources but it got reverted within minutes.

  1. Hi, first for all wikivoyage isn’t wikipedia. It has its own distinct policies.

Wikipedia has higher standards on moderation, sources and neutral point of view.

Wikivoyage is mostly based on anecdotal evidence and consensus of the editors, not the expert sources.

    Read relevant guideline: https://en.m.wikivoyage.org/wiki/Wikivoyage:Consensus

    > Another way to solicit opinions is to simply plunge forward and, having left your arguments on the talk page, implement your proposal. If anyone cares enough to undo your change, they will need to at least explain why. Do not exercise this option, however, if your proposed change seeks to overturn an existing consensus—If the change is truly controversial, make sure you have some support before going forward with it.
