The low-cost carrier Jetstar Japan has canceled or delayed some of its domestic flights due to system failure.
Jetstar Japan says the systems handling boarding procedures became unusable at airports across the country, including Narita Airport near Tokyo, at around 1:40 p.m. on Friday.
The company switched to manual boarding procedures, leading to long lines of passengers waiting at the departure counter at Narita Airport.
The company is working to restore the systems.
