Japan Airlines online services fully restored Japan Airlines says its online services have been fully restored after a five-hour outage.

Some of JAL’s services, including booking, had not been available on its website and app between around 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Friday.

The Japanese carrier says it is still unknown if the problem was related to major outages that have happened across the world.

The company is investigating what caused the problem.
