I have done an account for a website I haven’t even made in the end with GoDaddy.com about an year ago. Now I received an email in German that they will bill me for the renewal, so I entered my account to cancel that since I haven’t even used it. When I check the products history I payed for I see that I have bee change twice last year one day apart the same bill.
I went to call them and they say that they will not refund me. Wtf??? That is stealing. I did not authorised that transaction from my account after all. Am I crazy for being shocked about this?
What can I do?
