It‘s not dangerous at all. In East Asian culture, the grey wolf gesture is called the orchid finger, and is a gesture used by actors and eunuchs in traditional dramas who dress up as women. Today, it is used by a large number of transgender people, so when people of East Asian background see Turkish fascists using this gesture as a sign of nationalism and masculinity, they often find it funny.
