Ohtani Shohei of the Los Angeles Dodgers has hit his 200th career homerun since joining Major League Baseball.
The Japanese star player started as lead-off batter in Saturday’s game against the Detroit Tigers.
In his third at bat in the fifth inning, Ohtani slammed a solo shot down the right-field line.
It was Ohtani’s 29th homer this season, marking a milestone 200 homeruns in his seventh year in the MLB.
