As far as I know, Turkish airspace over the Black Sea is still international airspace that can be used by any country. As long as it’s 12 nautical miles off the Turkish coast, it’s open for use, including military purposes. [As you can see there is a very narrow corridor that is not within Ukraine/Crimea and is also not part of Turkish territorial waters.](https://images.app.goo.gl/X67AgqZgWrhUkz1E7) Turkey controls the airspace and waters in this “corridor” (as they love to call it) from Georgia to The EU, this is why when Bulgaria and Romania become part of Schengen it would greatly benefit us. Basically Turks have the exclusive right to conduct activities like mining, but maritime and aviation traffic are not within their sovereignty; they only control the flow.
By the way, when France sent a cargo plane full of weapons and diplomats, they flew over Turkey, not the Black Sea, as a significant fuck you.
(If anyone has more information about EEZs, high seas, ICAO laws on international airspace, etc., please feel free to correct me.)

Does this have anything with Armenia or it’s Ethiopians Airlines? Because there are direct flights to Istanbul from Yerevan everyday.

Do we know if they do this to any other country?

Remind me again why does you government still try and “normalize” relations with turkey. Even though it’s pretty clear they have no intention of even pretending to be a good faith actor.
