Hello!
I have this sign in the area where I live. It’s a no parking zone, but as I understand it, the clarification below says that in the parking spaces parking is allowed and in-between working hours I need to use the parking timer card for 2 hours.
My question is – what applies outside of working hours? Can I just park in the parking spaces without the timer card? Or is parking everywhere in that zone forbidden after working hours?
