In the wake of sanctions and international isolation, hyperinflation and everything that came with them, people "adhered to" (what a nice chick from the video would say) cigarettes, fuel, foreign currency, smuggling anything and everything. A nice (but rather gloomy) depiction of how life was lived 32 years ago, when the average salary was only about 1000 dinars (to compare with the prices mentioned in the video, e.g. soap 100 dinars)
Meanwhile, at the place of the flea market in the video, there are Lidl, Nest shopping center and green "Agrico" market, many of the actors in this video are no longer alive, and only memories remain from this time (and bitter ones, no matter how much the people here in the video consoled themselves with humor). It didn’t happen again.

Brate nema sanse da su sankcije pocele 1992. Jebeno zasto, tada su ratovi tek poceli
Koliko ljudi lose izgledaju ljeb ti jebem….
I onda kažu kako nikad nije bilo gore nego danas
