Don’t leave the echo chamber, don’t make a mistake

Despite the strong emotions I feel from the events of 2020, I believe that you need to constantly check your views, try to understand how effectively the opposition is acting and what can be improved in its work. Therefore, I recommend a good video from a former employee of Tikhanovskaya’s office, without unnecessary emotion, about how it is and how it can be in Belarus. It summarizes and conveys well some of my views on the situation, I disagree only with her attitude towards Russians and a couple of other points.

For those who are too lazy to watch, here’s what I can highlight:

1. Reconciliation. There are not so many of us (about 9 million) to judge all the lower ranks or to throw people away
2. A glass and a rind (it’s better to say Dabrabyt, as a more neutral and attitude-revealing term) aren’t that bad (there’s something to argue with, but I won’t deny the desire for everyday comfort)

3. Preservation in your ultra-zmagar bubble is not good; you need to talk to your opponents, both to understand them better and to find flaws in your views, that very feedback that I write about so often.

4. There are few direct supporters of Lukashenko in Belarus, but there are many people who simply want peace, but neither of them should be belittled.

5. RB propaganda is developing, they work better than 2 years ago. The main motive is not to convince that "that Lukashenko is good"and tell what "zmagars are bad too". You can see this on Reddit and other social networks (Tik Toks with red-green flags and stories about clean Minsk)

6. There will be no ideal Belarus, compromises will have to be made, but it will be better than what we have now, and we need to work on improving the situation

7. We need to work towards and talk about the release of political prisoners, of which there are many in Belarus. All this against the backdrop of news that Lukashenko is going to release some "very sick" political prisoners, which can be considered good news.
