I believe that your visualisation can be improved.
Your “bar” choice makes it harder to read, the colours don’t add any value and the comparison of categories does not mean anything.
Try using a calendar and slice the days on the 4 categories to track when are you failing. This way you will be able to see the periodicity, the when, etc. And be able to plan on those kind of harder days.

You’re abstaining from alcohol but you’re at 110 drinks in half a year? Put another way, in the 65 days you did drink, you averaged close to 2 beverages each rime
