      “Return to Western Azerbaijan” seems to be very much on Aliyevs future agenda. He said after the peace deal is signed that will be his states top priority in multiple speeches and interviews.

      How exactly does he plan to do that, knowing that Armenians will demand a return to Artsakh, with half the houses and heritage there being destroyed?
