I’m looking for the original name of the stuffed zucchini flowers/blossom dish. I’ve tried the names: koupepia, dolma, kolokithakia, gemistoi anthoi…with no success. Does it have a season, or is it available all year in restaurants?
AND any recommendation (food wise) in Larnaca and Nicosia is more than welcome.
