    The House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina is discussing today the proposal of Amendment II. to the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina

    This proposal received a negative opinion from the commission.

    It would introduce the practice of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council proposing candidates for judges of the Constitutional Court, instead of political representatives in certain institutions.

    The amendment was proposed by the DF club in the House of Representatives.
