PSA: For those with long-term enefit plans at higher than market rates

I already see a paid article here, but it’s not really needed.

If someone has enefit long-term plans with "reservations" the fee has not yet been canceled or paid after termination of the contract – contact enefit for a refund, because at least as it was written in that article when it was issued – "Enefit" will refund or waive the booking fee for all applicants. But whether they will do it for those who do not apply, or whether they will continue to take money from those who do not know – it is not clear.

I had this situation myself, a contract terminated in 2023, and signed with a new tax, I applied after this article, it called and I received positive answers – I terminated the contract and the reservation fee was canceled (I see it in the June bill) and paid in 2023 "fine" was fully refunded – it was allowed to choose whether to debit from the account (debited since June) or simply transfer to the account.

So if you have unresolved disputes regarding the reservation fee, be sure to get it back.
