This is a training split I came up with today, i can only train 4 days a week but i still wanna hut all muscle groups 2 times a week
I also thought of another split where i can train shoulders and arms twice a week but not legs back and chest (i added calves because shit genetics lol)
Or should i just go to a normal split of everything once a week? Like the third image?
By the way yes i train chest with biceps and back with triceps because i can do them easily with supersets doing biceps and chest back to back so i dont spend as much time in the gym, because they are antagonists and doing biceps after chest wont make my chest weaker for the next set because i trained biceps and vice versa, same for triceps and back!!
I want to choose some from the first pic (full body twice) or the second pic (shoulders and arms twice and everything once)
I am short on time beucase i am still in college studying Computer science and im also working as a software engineer plus i gotta meal prep! So these are the 3 i came up with and ive been training with the last training split (everything once a week)
