Some French parliament members have also said that “France should sell Caesar to Armenia”, probably through heavy lobbying by the company itself, or shared profit by government members.
Azerbaijan bought 48 Serbian self-propelled artillery systems, that have a range of 31km-43km-55km (while Marg’s have 48km).
EVEN Assuming that Azerbaijan bought the best artillery shells, meaning they can now fire at 55km, it’s very possible we might consider the CAESER due to other advantages.

So to compete with the new NORA’s, France is hoping for Armenia to buy the CAESER system.
France will soon reach a capacity of production of 12 per month. They need customers to continue producing this capacity.
