No wonder their DW network supported Koncharyan.
I mean what do you guys expect. It’s sad but they had the UN on their side. So for most European politicians this isn’t a big deal.

As a German I am deeply embarrassed.
Barda isn’t ethnically cleansed Artsakh. Armenians last lived there literal centuries ago (unless there was a tiny pre-1988 community?).
He is going to visit the ethnically cleansed parts however.
