Help with fitting out my apartment

Hello everyone,

I have just moved into a beautiful 65m² apartment (+40m² terrace) with a view of the mountains and I would like to organize my interior space as best as possible.

Although large enough for a single man and his cat, this 2 1/2 room is a bit of a headache for me who does not follow an expert in this type of field.

Via a 3D plan creation site; I was able to create two versions:

• The first corresponding to the current situation, that is to say with the bed and the desk that I already have in my possession
• The second with what I have in mind in terms of layout

What do you think ? I’m afraid it will be quite busy but in the end I don’t feel like I have too many options if I want to have a dining room / living room (and office) separation.

Please note that I wish to purchase quality furniture and that the furniture used here is purely an example and does not reflect the materials/finishes I wish to have.

Let’s just say I want to know if the layout itself looks okay or if you have better ideas!
