1- This was a picture during the war. They turned off their entire internet so that information doesn’t come out, or more so come in. Since they were waging a strong psychological warfare, which demotivated a lot of the country.
2- This is petty, unsubstantiated, and very low quality attempt to prove something. We should have also closed the entirety of our internet services during the war, but unfortunately this is a stark reminder that **we didn’t even have a centralized information department**, which thankfully we do now
