I ordered an item on Galaxus, my order was accepted and I received a confirmation email. 3 days later I get this email. Should I just forget about it or give them some shit!? I bet they wouldnât be happy if I sent them that reply when they ask me to pay for their invoices đ€

Feel free to waste a bunch of money on a lawyer to “give them some shit”, you probably won’t gain anything from it
I wouldn’t care as long as I get my money back. Sure itâs annoying, because this seems unusual.
If the price was obviously much lower than it should have been, then it might be a âfundamental errorâ (Art. 23 f. OR). Honestly I think this is not worth it and Iâd just take the refund.
Depends on the sum. If it really was “obviously too low” it’s their legal right to cancel.
Your problem is not even with galaxusâŠ
this looks like a Marketplace seller (tf is AOSOM lol), not galaxus itself, id expect more professional communication/data checking from first party listings. in fact, the reason this probably happened is that they bunged up the data connection between their system and galaxus
anyway, what is the price difference range betwen what you saw, and what the “real price” is? or what kind of product are we talking about?
because “obviously wrong” (as aosom claims) pricing doesn’t have to be honored, but a court ruled that for example that doesn’t count for an iphone being offered at ~300chf (honestly don’t know exactly anymore was during the time where it was like 700 new)
What was the item and price?
Iâm definitely not going to waste my time. Just wanted to share with the communityâŠ
Stuff like this can happen, the mail still feels weird.
Iâd expect them to tell you which order is affected and not just >Products<.
Check your order to confirm this first.
And if itâs true you canât really do anything against it. If the price was “obviously” to high/low then the contract between you and the seller is invalid.
This ainât worth an angry email.
Suckassux
Dont accept. There is âSchaufensterhaftungâ and if the difference is not absolutely obvious e.g. factor 10 or 100, then they gotta grant it
hey OP, wth would Galaxus.ch send u a mail with a name “Special” and in the description it says “[WICHTIG]” in brackets?! that looks so fake. show me the email address. this mail never came from galaxus.ch
EDIT: and one more thing. if you have placed an order with galaxus.ch, you can simply log on to their site and look at your current situation under orders.
Tell them you dispute their dispute. This looks like an easy win. I’m just not sure how to go about it.
Who the fuck at Galaxus writes “mit freundliche GrĂŒssen” with a circumcised B?
Are you sure it’s not a fake mail?
