Can someone help me answer this? This is really urgent. So I bought a ticket on the way back from Milan to Bern for 19:43, but the ticket I got says it’s only valid from Chiasso to Bern from 20:34? Is that supposed to be like that? Does that mean I don’t have a valid ticket to leave from Milan? Only from Chiasso?
I tried buying another ticket from Milan-Chiasso but was unable to find any in the app so I’m not really sure what to do

since it says “_Connection_ Ticket International” could it be that you got a second ticket for the Milan-Chiasso part that you can access by swiping around? Or by looking in your email inbox?
Honestly it seems weird, even more if I think at that time there is no train from Milan (S80 departs at every .43, I take that at least twice a month).
It should say valid from 19:43.

Look at the valid from/to on the ticket, its usable until tomorrow at 5am. But it seems its only for the swiss part, I guess you need another one from milano to chiasso
I am no expert, but I guess you can only buy tickets within Switzerland from the app? If so you’ll have to buy a ticket by other means, like at the station or on whatever online platform or app FS uses.
Swipe left, the ticket has two parts. Or at least it should have.

What does it say in the receipt you received by email, is the full itinerary mentioned?
You cannot purchase international tickets on the app, use Trainline
Download Trenitalia app and buy it from there. It’s 6 euros
You know there’s customer support for exactly this reason?
