Is Kamro a big artist in Azerbaijan?

His youtube channel seems to be gathering a decent amount of views but I can’t seem to find any information on him on google. He doesn’t seem to appear in any music charts.

I ask because I stumbled over Kamro – Brokenand that sounds 100% like the kind of music that was made in Romania around 2010, brings me back memories. Which makes me wonder, most of his songs seem to be uploaded in the last 2-3 years, but they sound like they are older.
