I hope it becomes clear what their goal was all along. Even if every Armenian stayed in occupied Stepanakert and Artsakh they would use every available means to resettle ethnic Azerbaijanis and change the regions demographics just as they did in the Soviet Era.

If this is actually happening then the satellite imagery showing numerous apartment complexes with items thrown out of the apartment nys laying on the street was likely done in preparation for the housing of these people.

Trying to change a regions demographics, stealing peoples private property throwing out all their belongings and resettling the houses with your own ethnic group is ethnic cleansing. There is no way to dispute this. Every Armenian and the government of Armenia should be up protesting this using every available method.
