I have absolutely no idea what’s going on in the video. Who did this? Was this a publicity stunt or what? Anybody knows how much money was in the bag? It happened in Chinagarden on Saturday, around 8PM. I also heard sirens shortly after, I think people got hurt in that mob, and needed medical attention, to the point that police and fire department were hanging out there until 10PM.
