This April call is not representative, it’s nice to see the whole year. Many university students do not finish their 6th year right away, because otherwise they immediately lose all the benefits of student life, and prefer to take a few months of graduate school and then finish their studies between January and April. Add to that half a year for the internship, a couple of months to even get a place at the internship, and all of a sudden he only has the conditions to apply for the next round of calls for specializations.
